We are not able to process returns.

We are only able to offer exchanges for products damaged due to shipping within 7 days of an item’s delivery. After 7 days, we will not be able to process or honor any exchanges. If your item is damaged, please contact us using our online form, including your order confirmation number in the “Subject” field.

After an order has been submitted, we are not able to cancel, edit or add any additional products to your order.

If your puzzle is damaged due to shipping, you must contact us through our online form within 7 days of the item being received. Please include the order confirmation number in the “Subject” field. Additionally, please original packaging and shipping materials for future reference.

You should expect your order to arrive around 5 to 7 days after your order has been fulfilled.
